This page summarizes our contributors' studies, numbers of participants and files, and data types. Some of these studies are upcoming and do not yet have data in the Data Hub.
Each study has a Study Page that provides a description and other overview information. If the study has data in the Hub, the Study Page will also display summary statistics and metadata about Datasets (groupings of data files). Unharmonized files (source files from contributors, provided "as is") will also be available here.
Demographic and clinical data about participants in our studies. More detailed information is available in the Participant page (accessed by clicking on any Participant ID) and in the Clinical Data Download (accessed by selecting participants and clicking the Download clinical data button).
Metadata about biospecimens collected from participants. Studies participating in the Virtual Biorepository will list their Available samples, which can be requested from the biorepository using the Request biospecimen button.
