Quick Start Guide
Welcome to the INCLUDE Data Hub! We are excited to support you in our ongoing mission to give the world the data access and analysis tools it needs to improve the health and quality of life for people with Down syndrome — faster than ever before.
Users can get started on the INCLUDE Data Hub in just a few simple steps:

Visit us on the web at includedcc.org.

Select
Data Hubin the top right of the window. -
Create an INCLUDE Data Hub account easily by using your Google or ORCID log-in credentials. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Begin exploring over 50 TB of clinical and multi-omic data, create virtual cohorts for study, browse other data hub users, and more; all available through the INCLUDE Data Hub.

Once authorized through dbGap and/or consortia data access committees, migrate any data useful to your studies to the CAVATICA Cloud Platform to begin your analysis!
INCLUDE Cloud Credits Pilot Program
Researchers can receive complimentary credits to utilize INCLUDE cloud-based data through the INCLUDE Cloud Credits Pilot Program.

The INCLUDE Data Coordinating Center will host its office hours on the second Wednesday of each month from 12:00 to 1:00 pm ET.
These virtual office hours are dedicated to the INCLUDE Project so you can connect with our INCLUDE experts, get your technical questions answered and gain insights into using the INCLUDE Data Hub effectively.
