New Features and Enhancements

• Dataset Improvements: Linkage between Datasets and their respective files to allow for improved searchability in the Data Exploration page. Users can also download a file manifest for the Dataset’s files from the Study page.
• PubMed citation: Study pages now support PubMed-formatted citations, with a dedicated modal for studies with multiple publications.
• Visualization Tools:
  • Venn Diagram: When selecting 2 or 3 queries in the Data Exploration page, users can now compare the query results through a Venn diagram.
  • Upset Plot: Visualize co-occurrence for the top 10 phenotypes (HPO) in an Upset plot under the Data Exploration – Summary view tab. The Upset plot results are based on the active query.
  • Transcriptomics Enhancements: Open the gene expression FPKM box plots by selecting a gene from the gradient chart when multiple genes are highlighted.

Bug Fixes and Optimizations

• Fixed various transcriptomics visualization issues, including box plots not appearing consistently and adjustments to axis values.
• Improved searchability by adding Age at First Patient Engagement facet to the Data Exploration page.
• Minor UI and text improvements across study and data exploration pages.
