Cavatica connection to Include dashbord error

Hi everyone.
I'm having some issues connecting Cavatica to my dashboard.
After inputing my credentials, which work whenever I'm accessing through Cavatica main web page, I get a blank page with this error message:
"message": "Client authentication failed!"

Can you help me solve this issue?
